Agenda No. Particulars  Resolution
1. To carry forward discussion on suggestions to file fresh comprehensive Writ Petition at Allahabad High Court seeking relief for homebuyers from State of UP, Yamuna Expressway Development Authority, Jaiprakash Associates Limited and Various financial banks, and institutions, as suggested by Advocate Gaurav Agrawal in zoom meetings held with him on 23rd May and 26th May 2021.

To discuss selection of advocate for filing the fresh writ at AHC and respective quotations.

As matter was agreed that a fresh writ has to be filed but with minimum possible financial exposure due to risk attached with maintainability of fresh Writ mainly against YEIDA and making JAL and Financial Institutions as party. Advocate Chakit and Advocate Abhishek has opined that maintainability of Writ is very low but limited risk can be taken.

Pricus Legal Law Firm (Adv, Anuj and Adv Manorath Rathee) shared its quote on 31st May 2021, through Executive Member Mr. Amit Garg and followed by GRV Legal on 1st June 2021, through General Secretary Mr, Moher Singh.

Sunil Sharma forwarded a message of Adv. Abhishek Singh giving simple quote of 4 advocates based in Allahabad itself.

Quote from GRV legal (Adv Gaurav Agarwal) was provided in proper format and was highest and with open rates for per hearing and other separate rates for other costs, which would go around Rs. 3.80 Lakh minimum as advance even before Writ was to be admitted.

Pricus Legal quoted in proper format with details and quoted in Lump Sum of Rs. 4 Lakhs for handling the Writ from start to End and quoted payment in three stages.

WhatsApp Message from Adv. Abhishek quoted 4 Allahabad Advocates as below

1. Traun Agrawal- Rs. 3,75,000/-
2. Anurag Khanna- Rs. 5,50,000/-
3. Meenakshi Singh- Rs. 3,00,000/-
4. Gautam Baghel- Rs. 2,50,000/-

Adv Abhishek declared that Adv Gautam Baghel is his real brother-in-law and practices in Allahabad and offered the lowest cost in lump sum.
Governing body has met Advocates from Pricus Legal and GRV Legal to discuss the matter, but no meeting has taken place with any of the 4 advocates suggested by Adv, Abhishek Kumar Singh.

Sunil Sharma recommended to meet Meenakshi Singh and Gautam Baghel to explore options and everyone agreed and asked to arrange a meeting.

2. To carry forward discussion on reconciliation meeting process as initiated with RERA to bring YEIDA and JAL on table for discussions and propose solutions Mr, Sunil Sharma updated that following last meeting he has sent and email to UP RERA email address, to seek reconciliation process meeting and no response has been received yet.
