ABOUT JAYPEE SPORTS CITY

Jaypee Sports City is an under-construction township project launched in 2009 by Jaiprakash Associates Limited and its subsidiary Jaypee Sports International Limited, later merged with parent company. Projects has been lying in ruins since 2012 with no construction activity taking place and developer Jaypee struggling financially. It houses India’s first ever Formula One Racing Track called Buddha International Circuit as well as a large Cricket Stadium. Township project falls under Yamuna Expressway Development Authority of Uttar Pradesh Government.
