A regular meeting of governing body was called up on as planned by issuing notice through WhatsApp/ Telegram messages as well as Email and Agenda of the Meeting and the decisions taken are as below:

| 1. | Review of Allahabad High Court case in matter WRITC-6049/2020, and impleadment of new members and representation through society. | Sunil Sharma briefed about status of Allahabad High Court case as no date has yet been given by the court to review compliance of the interim order passed earlier and pursuant to resolution adopted in meeting of 13th March 2021, Advocate Lokesh will be filing the impleadment application of new members through society on Tuesday 6th April and for which President R P Maurya will be signing the vakalatnama on 5th April 2021 as planned. Objective is to ensure that our application is filed so that it can be taken up by court on next date and Society with its new members will become party to case, other than members who are party in case as group of individuals. |
| 2. | Induction of new Executive Member into society to replace Mr. Dev Raizada for representation of Greencrest Plots project in Sports City. | Mr. Sunil Sharma proposed the name of Mr. Jasmeet Singh Shahpuri Membership No. 117, member since 1st October 2020 for filling the vacant position of Executive Member and requested President R P Maurya to appoint him as per authority given to him be General Body in its meeting held on 13th February 2021 and approved and adopted Resolution No. 6.
All present Governing Body members supported the Nomination and President R P Maurya appointed Mr, Jasmeet Singh Shahpuri as Executive Member of the Society, effective 5th April 2021 for the remaining duration of Governing Body of society |
| 3. | Formation of 3 sub committees ProjectWise 1. Kassia Committee 2. Kove Committee 3. Residential Plots Committee. This is required if ProjectWise Representation is required, especially for RERA and NCLT. | Mr. Sunil Sharma proposed to make 3 Sub-Committees to focus on key projects of Sports City for the purpose of representation in meetings and execution of tasks on ground, if and when needed to be done on individual project basis, and these sub committee members should be buyers of these projects and each sub-committee shall be headed by one of the governing body members. All present members agreed and supported the proposal and below resolution for creation of sub-committees is adopted
Kassia Committee Kove Committee Plot Buyers Committee Budha Circuit Studios committee to be formed, as and when there are more than 25 members in society, until then their interest shall be taken up by President and Vice President of Society. |
| 4. | Twice in a month Sunday availability of Society officials to be available at Jaypee Sports City to meet with current or new prospective members of Society.
Establishment of Society Office to meet homebuyers on Saturday and Sundays and employing an administrative staff. |
This matter was discussed in light of many homebuyers wanting to meet society officials in person and Mr. Chakit Singhal offered to use his office in Shalimar Bagh on either of Saturday/Sunday to be used as Meeting Office for homebuyers with officials of Society.
Mr. Maurya also indicated to arrange another office in Noida/Ghaziabad area for weekend use for meetings, possibly on sharing basis with someone whose office is closed on weekends. Following is proposed: |
| 4. | Starting of Online Membership Application Form operated through Website and Email. | Sunil Sharma updated that online application system is working smoothly and till date 51 applications were submitted with this mode. |
| 6. | Any other matters allowed with permission of President of society. | No other matter was discussed, and meeting ended with vote of thanks by President at 05.30 PM. |
