NBCC has insisted to be given this 750 Cr but SC has indicated that this money is of JAL and Jaypee lawyer has said in court that this money has to be used to complete housing projects of JAL so we are awaiting a detailed order of court. Though there are indications that NBCC might back out and Jaypee Infratech might be back with Jaypee. Matters which can affect us are 1. Return of 750cr to JAL 2. SC order on 64% compensation to be passed to homebuyers via builders.

SC decision pending. Its resolution will be with Wish town case.

Sunil Sharma to coordinate with Adv. Sahil Sethi for meeting to discuss legal options at NCLT.
4. Considering the proposal of a member of society, Mrs. Maya Srivastava to file separate fresh writ at Allahabad High Court.  Proposal to file fresh writ at Allahabad High Court was postponed due to date was already given in existing case 6049/2020 where homebuyers has filed impleadment and it will be better to see the outcome of impleadment before filing fresh writ.Even though proposal to file fresh writ was supported by all General Body members in Telegram Group.
5. Publishing paid newspaper article/notice to create awareness regarding Society and the plight of homebuyers of JPSC It was decided that If required can be discussed later in future. Matter to be dropped from list from time being and Sunil Sharma to find a way to reach out methods for other homebuyers.
6. Discussion to drag the JP in NCLT. Please refer the agenda no. 3.
7. Discussion of 64.7% Case in supreme Court, to deal with apprehension of possibility of SC ordering in favor of YEIDA, asking builders to pay 64.7% amount and builders then passing to homebuyers. As this matter is listed before Supreme Court and there is this apprehension that if Supreme Court orders builders to pay 64% extra compensation to YEIDA to pay to farmers, there are strong chances that JAL will pass this down to flat and plot buyers of sports city, as our agreements with JAL allows for any new govt charges to be passed on to homebuyers. It is suggested by Adv. Abhishek Kumar Singh and Adv. Lokesh Bhola that society should implead in the case and be in front of SC to secure homebuyers rights. It was agreed by all members to go ahead with impleadment through a lawyer. Sunil Sharma will check costs with lawyers and update the ex com to decide upon.
8. Revision of annual membership fee from Rs. 5000 to Rs. 1000 annually and implementation of Rs. 4000 as one time Entry Fee for new members at the time of joining. Various options were floated in Telegram Group of General Body and majority supported the option of revision of annual membership fee from Rs 5000 to Rs 1000 and also implementation of one time entry fee for new members.

As this requires amendment to byelaws of society a special general body meeting shall be called at earliest by issuing a notice throuh registered emails of general body members as well as publishing it in Telegram Group. Methodology for adoption and approval of resolution by electronic means shall be advised in notice, due to COVID 19 reasons.
