| 1. | To discuss and budget for appointing an auditor to audit the Society’s bank accounts and file ITR for FY 2022-23 | All present GB members authorised Mr. Ram Pukar Maurya (President of Society) to appoint a suitable auditor and cost towards the same be borne by the society. |
| 2. | Review of memberships to those, who have failed to pay Legal Fund Contribution and Renewal of Membership, How and what to do with these members. | GB members agreed the defaulting members be given a final reminder and subsequently terminate membership of those who do not pay the legal fund contribution and/or membership fee for a period of not more than 2 Years. |

To discuss change in policy of late payment fee of society membership fee by existing members.
Current: Late payment fee of Rs. 25 per month is charged from the date the membership fee becomes due. Proposed: Late payment fee of Rs. 250 per default in fee payment applicable yearly. First Rs 250 will be charged after 3 months have passed from due date of renewal and thereafter annually for maximum of 2 years before termination of membership. This will be applied retrospectively to alk those members who have not paid their dues in timely manner. |
GB members agreed that managing the late payment fee monthly is a tedious task and is not a strong deterrent for erring members and agreed to the proposed late payment fee policy. |
