A Special Meeting of General Body was called up on a week’s notice as per byelaws of society by issuing a notice through emails and social media messages on society group on 6th February 2021 onwards together with Agenda of the Meeting and resolutions proposed for approval and adoption by General Body of Society. Meeting was scheduled on 13th February 2021.

RESOLUTIONS PUT UP FOR DISCUSSION AND VOTE

| 2 | Annual Subscription Fee of General Membership shall be reduced to Rs 1000 only in byelaws of society. |
| 3 | Point 4 In Source of Income of Society, “Maintenance amount” shall be deleted from Source of Income article in byelaws of society |
| 4 | Mr. Moher Singh to be appointed as General Secretary of Society for the remaining term of Governing Body of Society due to Resignation of Mr. Rajiev Malhotra from the post of General Secretary. |
