Quoram 7 out of 9 members were present and Quoram was achieved as per byelaws.

1. Review of Reply as Respondent in AHC Matter 6049/2020 where 187 members are impleaded individually Copy of draft reply as provided by Adv. Lokesh Bhola was shared among members who are part of that application for feedback and comments, by Mr. Sunil Sharma. It was also discussed in meeting today and Sunil Sharma highlighted some points which he will request Adv  Lokesh to amend or insert. Mr. Sunil Sharma requested members to provide comments and feedback till Thursday and if no comment are received from members then it will be  considered as final and to proceed for submission as reply in AHC.
2. Review of Fresh Writ provided by Anuj and Manorath on 26th July 2021 Revised Writ submitted by Mr. Manorath was reviewed and discussed. Observation shared by EXCOM was included. 

Adv. Lokesh who is handling the JAL’s petition in 6049/2020 has advised that names of 150 members who impleaded individually as well as any other homebuyers who are respondents in that matter, such as Kassia Society through Kartikeya Saran ji, and are now members of our society as well, should not be part of this fresh writ as it may create some technical issues which may create hurdle in case.
However as per Mr. Manorath  advice that it will have no impact on this writ or other matter, EXCOM decided  unanimously to include full list of members in the Fresh Writ to be filed by Pricus Legal.

It was agreed that this writ will be shared with all JPSCWS members for their review and observation and all are requested to submit the observations till 30th July-21, If no response received it will be considered final and approved to be filed in Allahabad High Court by Pricus Legal.
3. Payment of RERA Application fee for Kassia Complaint President approved to pay the fees for Application in RERA for Kassia Allottees as application is filed by society. The Amount of Application fee is 1000 INR for each application, so total 2000 INR budget approved.
4. Fixing of date for Annual General Meeting of Society and sharing of financial results of society with all members. Due to paucity of time this matter was not discussed and shall be discussed in next meeting.
5. Central Database of all meeting minutes where all members can have access to them upon approved request and accessing using personal User ID and Password Due to paucity of time this matter was not discussed and shall be discussed in next meeting.
