1.
To discuss hiring a Local Senior Advocate for Allahabad High Court with following objective
a) Expedite the hearings with more forceful representation of our issues.
b) Counter hiring of Abhishek Manu Singhavi by Jaypee
c) Highlight brazen disregard of law and court orders by Jaypee by not refunding money to homebuyers, after orders from RERA and Consumer Courts, citing having no funds for refund
Seeking an immediate interim relief to homebuyers, by considering some of the prayers of homebuyers, i.e. Forensic Audit , appointment of Court Receiver of Land, Directions to RERA and YEIDA to start construction, Deposit of funds by Jaypee into Court Receiver monitored account to show its bonafide.
It was agreed by all members that a senior lawyer from Allahabad with good reputation in HC and good success rate be indeed hired.
Name of Designated Sr. Advocates of Allahabad Anoop Trivedi and Amit Mishra were shared as recomonded on various queries and members, Adv. Abhishek and Adv. Chakit, concurred with name of Adv. Anoop Trivedi. Same was also recomended by society’s Local Counsel in Allahabad, Adv. Kartikeya Saran. Mr. Ram Pukar Maurya and Mr. Sunil Sharma are authorised to travel to Allahabad and discuss issues with Adv. Anoop Trivedi in face to face conference and if found to be satisfactory then to formally engage him with assistance from Local Counsels and take next necessary steps in liasion with other advocates of society and all cost be borne by society.

Review of memberships to those, who has failed to pay Legal Fund Contribution and Renewal of Membership, How and what to do with these members.
About 190 members have dues. GB members to call them and try to understand the reason for not paying and take necessary action thereafter after considering reasons for non payment.

To finalise date of Annual General Body Meeting.
GB members agreed to have the meeting on 28th Aug, 2022. Prior notice will be sent to all members of the society. General Secretary and Dy. Secretary to take necessary actions and. Mauryaji and Moher ji, to get Audited Financial Results ready at earliest for last financial year.
4.Submission of new GB Members List to Registrar at Meerut.
Mr. R P Maurya, accomoanied by with one other member shall travel to Meerut to complete this formality before end of July.
5. To explore options for unregistered plot buyers, by way of getting interim relief somehow at earliest possible.
Registry of plots is stopped since 2017. This issue shall be discussed with new Sr. Lawyer in AHC and seek this as interim relief to be granted to such plotbuyers on next hearing at Allahabad High Court.
6. Any other issues with permission of Chair.
Renewing Zoom Subscription from Basic to Pro was discussed, as it will remove 40 Minutes time limit but it was agreed to take the same when Annual General Body Meeting will be done as it will anyway require the upgrade and all agreed for same.
Resolutions Adopted.
Mr. Ram Pukar Maurya and Mr. Sunil Kumar Sharma are authorised to travel to Allahabad and engage a Designated Sr. Advocate to pursue our cause togther with other advocates. Also they were authorise to incur related expenses and negotiate all costs and fees with advocates.
