Proceedings:
Special Online Meeting of General Body was called up by giving notice on 07th April 2022, as per byelaws of society by issuing a notice through emails and social media messages on society group onwards together with Agenda of the Meeting as election of new governing body. Meeting was scheduled in virtual mode for a period of 10 days whereas members were required to log in on Voting Portal and vote. There were no resolutions required to be approved by voting.

Proceedings of Election of Governing Body of Jaypee Sports City Welfare Society 2022
On completion of the tenure of the present Governing Body of the Jaypee Sports City Welfare Society and in pursuance of the provisions of the byelaws of the Society, elections for nine Governing Body Members were conducted. The undersigned were chosen as the election officers for the purpose unanimously.
Notices were sent to all General Body Members through their registered emails as well as in Social Media Groups of members of society. Nominations were taken from 05th May 2022 to 12th May 2022. A total of 12 nominations were received, out of which 11 were found valid after scrutiny. Nominations of Mr. Ashok Thakur was rejected. There was no withdrawal of nominations and the final list of eligible candidates is as under:
