Governing Body Resolution
Pursuant to recommendations and representation made by members of Kassia Project Committee of Jaypee Sports City Welfare Society on 19th March 2022 through email as well as a resolution passed by Sub Committee Members on 18th March 2022, to President of Society, in its Special Governing Body Meeting held on 20 March 2022, it is resolved that Society shall withdraw the Complaint cum Application in Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in state of Uttar Pradesh regarding following project and promoter and members shall seek alternative and other relief as necessary
