| 1. | Formal Discussion for Ongoing Status of Cases | Case Status was updated by Mr. Sunil Sharma for AHC and progress is slow and till now there is cognizance taken for homebuyers and matter is only discussed for due of YEIDA with Jaypee. |
| 2. | Discussion to Approach SC for expediting the AHC case. | As there is no significant progress in AHC case, It was decided that to approach to SC for early resolution of AHC case. An approximate maximum budget of Rs 75000 is approved. Sunil ji to work on application with Adv Abhishek if there is no solid outcome on next date of 24 Jan 22.

| 3. | Compensation Case for registered Plot Byers | Sunil Sharma ji suggested that registered plot buyers shall seek compensation as they are not able to build the house due to unavailability of infrastructure promised by Jaypee and no access to site of construction, and no completion certificate to the project by YEIDA. Matter to be discussed and explored further. |
| 4. | General Update | 2 of the matters filed in NCDRC by group of Kove and Kassia Allottees as individuals have reached final hearing stage and there are indications of JAL willing to settle. Outcome in matters may yet take though 1-2 years. |
| 5. | Absence of Excom Members from Meetings | Mr. Sunil Sharma highlighted the fact that some members of excom are continuously not attending meetings due to unavailability of time and this is not helping the cause of society and these members shall reconsider their presence in excom. |
